共建“一带一路”标准化促贸援助的挑战与对策

摘要：

【目的】本文通过探讨“一带一路”倡议下标准化促贸援助的重要性及其挑战，为推动“一带一路”国家经济发展和区域一体化提供路径支持。【方法】强调标准化在促进贸易和经济发展中的关键作用，概述中国在共建国家实施的农业标准化示范区建设等项目，分析标准化援助在促贸功效、分类施策和制度环境方面面临的挑战。【结果】中国在共建国家实施的农业标准化示范区建设等项目取得一定成果，同时明确了标准化援助在促贸功效、分类施策和制度环境方面存在的挑战。【结论】提出优化项目设计、加强国际合作和培养人才等对策，以进一步发挥标准化促贸援助作用，助力共建“一带一路”沿线国家经济发展和区域一体化。

Abstract:

[Objective] The paper aims to explore the importance and challenges of standardization for trade promotion and aid under the Belt and Road initiative, and promote the economic development and regional integration of countries jointly building the Belt and Road. [Methods] It emphasizes the key role of standardization in promoting trade and economic development, introduces China’s agricultural standardization demonstration zone construction projects implemented in countries along the Belt and Road, and analyzes the challenges faced by standardization in promoting trade effectiveness, classified policies, and institutional environment. [Results] China has achieved some results in the construction of agricultural standardization demonstration zones and other projects in countries jointly building the Belt and Road. The study also clarifies the challenges of standardization assistance in promoting trade effectiveness, implementing classified policies, and institutional environment. [Conclusion] Measures such as optimizing project design, strengthening international cooperation and cultivating talents are proposed, so as to further improve the role of standardization in promoting trade and facilitating the economic development and regional integration of countries jointly building the Belt and Road.
