标准化支撑半导体产业链破解“卡脖子”难题的路径研究 ——基于国家标准制修订情况的分析与思考

摘要：

【目的】研究标准化在半导体产业链发展过程中发挥的作用，助力半导体产业链高质量发展。【方法】以半导体领域相关国家标准制修订情况为切入点，分析标准化在半导体产业链建设发展过程中发挥作用的主要方面。【结果】总结提炼出该领域标准化工作面临的主要挑战和对策建议，为如何通过标准化破解半导体产业链“卡脖子”难题提供了路径参考。【结论】标准化在全球半导体产业格局重构过程中，对提升产业链韧性和安全水平具有重要作用。

Abstract:

[Objective] The paper aims to study the role of standardization in the development of the semiconductor industry chain and promote the high-quality development of the semiconductor industry chain. [Methods] Taking the development and revision of relevant national standards in the semiconductor field as the starting point, the main aspects of standardization in the construction and development of the semiconductor industry chain are analyzed. [Results] The main challenges and countermeasures faced by standardization work in this field are summarized, providing path reference for how to solve the bottleneck problems of the semiconductor industry chain through standardization. [Conclusion] Standardization plays an important role in improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain in the process of reconstructing the global semiconductor industry pattern.
