虚拟现实标准化现状及需求研究

摘要：

【目的】为贯彻落实《虚拟现实与行业应用融合发展行动计划（2022—2026年）》及《国家标准化发展纲要》等政策要求，在虚拟现实技术迅速发展的关键时期，虚拟现实标准化建设是推动各行业高质量发展的必由之路。【方法】通过深入调研国际电信联盟（ITU）、国际标准化组织（ISO）、国际电工委员会（IEC）、中国电子技术标准化研究院、国家虚拟现实创新中心（青岛）及中国虚拟现实产业联盟的虚拟现实标准化发展现状，系统梳理了现有国内标准，并针对已有标准分析了基础共性标准、关键技术标准、运维服务标准、安全保障标准及行业应用标准研制需求。【结果】明确了虚拟现实标准化建设的重点方向，为标准化工作提供了具体参考依据。【结论】推动虚拟现实技术研发与标准化的协调发展，助力虚拟现实技术与各行业深度融合。

Abstract:

[Objective] In order to implement the requirements of the Action Plan for the Integration of Virtual Reality and Industry Applications (2022-2026) and the National Standardization Development Outline, in the critical period of the rapid development of virtual reality technology, virtual reality standardization is a necessary route to promote the highquality development of various industries. [Methods] Through in-depth investigation into the virtual reality standardization development status of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), the China Institute of Electronic Technology Standardization, the National Virtual Reality Innovation Center (Qingdao), and the China Virtual Reality Industry Alliance, the existing domestic standards are systematically sorted out, and the demands of developing basic common standards, key technology standards, operation and maintenance service standards, safety assurance standards and industry application standards are analyzed. [Results] The key direction of virtual reality standardization is clarified, which provides specific reference for standardization work. [Conclusion] The study can promote the coordinated development of virtual reality technology research and standardization, and help the deep integration of virtual reality technology with various industries.
