资源综合利用企业环境绩效测度指数研究

摘要：

【目的】我国资源综合利用行业规模持续扩大，废弃资源回收和利用体系逐渐健全，技术不断进步，但环境管理的规范化程度需进一步提高，探究资源综合利用企业环境绩效测度方法，能够为企业环境管理提供技术参考。【方法】结合国内外环境绩效测度理论和方法，采用多维指标分层法、综合指数测度法进行资源综合利用企业环境绩效测度方法研究。【结果】建立了资源综合利用企业环境绩效测度体系，提出了资源综合利用企业环境绩效测度指数，并界定了测度体系和测度指数的适用场景。【结论】测度体系和测度指数的应用有助于资源综合利用企业更加科学合理地开展环境管理。

Abstract:

[Objective] The scale of China’s resource multiple utilization industry continues to expand, the recycling and utilization system is gradually improving, and technology is constantly advancing. However, the standardized level of environmental management needs to be further improved. The paper aims to explore the environmental performance measurement methods for resource multiple utilization enterprises, which can provide technical reference for enterprise environmental management. [Methods] Based on the domestic and overseas environmental performance measurement theories and methods, the multi-dimensional indicator stratification method and comprehensive index measurement method are used to study the environmental performance measurement methods for resource multiple utilization enterprises. [Results] An environmental performance measurement system for resource multiple utilization enterprises is established, an environmental performance measurement index for resource multiple utilization enterprises is proposed, and the applicable scenarios of the measurement system and index are defined. [Conclusion] The application of measurement system and index is helpful for resource multiple utilization enterprises to carry out environmental management more scientifically and reasonably.
