食品安全“两个责任”落实机制与实现路径研究——以绍兴市为例

食品安全“两个责任”工作机制是新时期食品安全工作的重要维度和制度保障，为切实提升食品安全风险的全流程管理，切实守护人民群众“舌尖上的安全”，本研究采用文献研究法和实证研究法相结合的方法，通过收集和分析相关文献资料，以绍兴市为例，探讨食品安全领域中“两个责任”落实机制的实现路径，为其他地区的食品安全管理提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:

The “two responsibilities” working mechanism for food safety, which refers to the territorial responsibility and entity responsibility, is an important dimension and institutional guarantee for food safety work in the new era. In order to effectively improve the full process management of food safety risks and safeguard the food safety for the people, this study adopts the literature research method and empirical research method, and collects and analyzes relevant literature materials. Taking Shaoxing as an example, it explores the implementation path of the “two responsibilities” implementation mechanism in the field of food safety, providing reference for food safety management in other regions.
