澳大利亚食用农产品认证与标准体系研究

摘要：

【目的】借鉴澳大利亚食用农产品认证体系建设经验，为推动我国食用农产品认证制度提供建议。【方法】系统分析澳大利亚主要食用农产品认证体系发展现状。【结果】总结出澳大利亚农产品认证体系多元化、认证要求严格、认证制度透明且与国际高度接轨的特点。【结论】我国农产品认证应进一步优化流程、强化第三方能力并深化国际互认与合作。

Abstract:

[Objective] This paper aims to provide suggestions on promoting the development of edible agricultural product certification system in China by drawing on Australia’s experience in building up the system of such kind. [Methods] The study conducts a systematic analysis of the status quo of the main edible agricultural product certification system in Australia. [Results] It is found that Australia’s agricultural product certification system is diversified, known for its strict certification requirements and transparent certification regulations, and is highly in line with international standards.[Conclusion] It is concluded that China should further optimize its agricultural product certification process, strengthen the capabilities of third-party institutions, and deepen mutual recognition and cooperation with other countries and territories.
