我国咖啡产业标准体系现状分析

摘要：

【目的】为我国咖啡产业的规范化、专业化和国际化发展提供理论参考，促进咖啡产业高质量发展。【方法】本文通过查阅文献和标准信息公共服务平台，基于标准体系的层级结构，结合我国咖啡产业发展现状和需求，多维度对咖啡产业标准体系进行全面剖析。【结果】构建了涵盖基础标准、质量标准、安全标准、生产技术标准及检验检测标准5个维度的标准体系框架，识别出关键生产环节标准缺失、国际对标不足、更新滞后等问题。【结论】我国咖啡产业标准体系已初步形成多层次、全覆盖的框架结构，但仍存在一定的问题，整体产业标准体系还需进一步完善。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study aims to provide theoretical reference for the standardization, specialization, and internationalization of the coffee industry in China, thereby promoting its high-quality development. [Methods] By reviewing literature and accessing the public service platform for standard information, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the coffee industry standard system from multiple dimensions, based on a hierarchical structure of the standard system, combining with the current status and demands of coffee industry in China. [Results] A standard system framework covering five dimensions—fundamental standards, quality standards, safety standards, production technology standards, and inspection and testing standards—has been established. Issues such as the lack of standards for key production processes, insufficient alignment with international standards, and lagging updates have been identified.[Conclusion] A multi-level and comprehensive standard system framework for coffee industry in China has been initially established. However, certain problems remain, and the overall industrial standard system needs further improvement.
