摘要:
【目的】针对当前配网带电作业机器人在感知精度、自主决策、人机协同与质量闭环等方面存在的问题,构建面向作业质量优化的具身智能技术框架并规划其标准化路径。【方法】采用“关联分析—框架设计—路径规划”的研究方法,分析具身智能与作业质量优化的内在关联,设计包含感知、决策、执行与反馈的闭环技术架构,提出包括标准体系构建、关键技术标准化和实施与评估标准化在内的标准化路径。【结果】构建了一个以实时质量监测与反馈为核心的具身智能作业质量优化技术框架,并提出了多层次协同的标准化路径。【结论】为解决配网带电作业质量优化问题提供了系统的技术体系,从标准化层面为该技术框架落地应用提供了行动指南,对作业质量提升具有指导意义。
Abstract:
[Objective] To tackle problems of perception accuracy, autonomous decision-making, human-robot interaction and no quality closed loop for live-line distribution network robots, this paper intends to construct an embodied intelligence-based technical framework for quality optimization, and propose the standardized pathway. [Methods] Using the research method of“correlation analysis - framework design - path planning”, the paper analyzes the inherent intrinsic coupling relation between embodied intelligence and quality optimization. It designs a closed-loop architecture that comprises perception, decision, execution and feedback, and puts forward the standardized pathway including the construction of standards system, standardization of key technologies, and standardization of implementation and evaluation . [Results] This paper constructs an embodied intelligence technical framework for quality optimization, and proposes its standardized pathway. [Conclusion] The paper summarizes a technical system for solving the issue of operational quality optimization in live-line distribution work, and gives the guidelines for the application from the view of standardization, which is expected to guide the quality improvement of operation.
