标准化信息监测服务技术路径和模式创新研究

摘要：

【目的】弥补传统标准化信息跟踪服务存在的短板，推动相关服务向规范化、高效化、常态化发展，为企业把握行业脉搏、制定标准化战略提供可靠情报支撑。【方法】构建了一套覆盖“全域采集—智能筛选—状态监测—情报分析—精准推送”全流程的标准化情报服务技术路径，创新了一套整合用户需求定位与分级推送机制的服务模式。【结果】有效解决了传统模式中信息分散、时效滞后、个性化不足及分析深度欠缺等问题。【结论】为标准化信息监测服务的长效发展提供坚实的技术与模式支撑。

Abstract:

[Objective] The study aims to solve the deficiencies of traditional standardization information tracking, promote the service towards standardization, efficiency and normalization, and provide reliable intelligence support for enterprises to grasp industry trends and formulate standardization strategies. [Methods] A full-process technical framework for standards intelligence services covering full-spectrum collection, intelligent screening, status monitoring, intelligence analysis and precision push, was constructed, and a service model integrating user demand positioning and a hierarchical push mechanism was innovated. [Results] It effectively solved the prominent problems in the traditional model, such as scattered information, delayed timeliness, insufficient personalization and a lack of in-depth analysis. [Conclusion] This study provides solid technical and model support for the long-term development of information monitoring services for standardization information.
