标准数字化转型视域下标准内容模块化体系架构研究

摘要：

数字化转型浪潮下，标准数字化是标准化领域的重要发展方向，模块化是标准数字化的重要实践之一。本文通过分析梳理模块化相关学术研究文献，提出了标准内容模块化的内涵，以及在标准数字化转型工作中的作用；针对标准内容模块化的现实需求，提出了标准数字化转型视域下标准内容模块化体系架构模型，包含时间维、对象维和相似范围维，为进一步提高标准制定和应用的数字化水平提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Under the wave of digital transformation, digitalization of standards is an important development direction in the field of standardization. Modularization is one of the important practices of the digitalization of standards. Based on the analysis of modularization related academic research literature, this paper puts forward the connotation of modular standard content and its role in the digital transformation of standards. According to the practical needs of standard content modularization, the standard content modularization architecture model under the perspective of digitalization transformation of standards is proposed, which includes time dimension, object dimension and similar scope dimension, and provides reference for further improving the digital level of standards development and application.
